No one really likes going to the dentist, but you couldn't find a nicer environment to have your dental appointments. We have been going to Confidental for 22 years, and if we moved away, we'd drive back for the dentist! It is immaculately clean, all staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. They immediately know your name, we rarely have to wait long, and they take the time to find out how you've been. Genuinely couldn't find fault if you asked me to.

Lower teeth implants
Just completed implants for my front lower teeth. I have already had my top teeth implants in place for a couple of years. I am terrified of the dentist, always have been, before an appointment I become very anxious, can’t sleep etc. However, Sandeep has got me through transforming my teeth. Without what he has been able to do for me I would have gaps, rotten teeth and dentures.
I always arrive in a mess but Sandeep is able to ground me, explain exactly what he will do, listens and acts on all my concerns and guides me through every step. There is never any pain and I relax into it within about 20 minutes.
If you want a kind, tolerant, patient dentist that listens to and acts on your concerns then Confidental Smiles is the place to go. I will never like the dentist, or not feel huge anxiety before every appointment but there is no doubt Sandeep knows how to handle that and I am extremely grateful.

Just completed a full transformation with implants top and bottom with Sandeep. I am terrified of the dentist but the gentle approach, clear explanation and pain free treatment I have makes the experience one that I can do. As a result, I won’t have to face a future with bad teeth and/or I’ll fitting dentures. I can’t recommend the practice more highly. I now live at some distance but will keep them as my dentist whatever.

Crown refix
My crown on a tooth with a gap to one side causing extra stress to this tooth came off. I telephoned and to my amazement had an appointment to re-bond it in 1 hours time. I don't think I could have better than that.

Recent experience
For the first time in my life I forgot my appointment with Lucy. Since my retirement last June I rarely check my diary anymore as there is nothing in it. Lucy kindly re-arranged me a couple of hours later and was very forgiving for my incompetence. As always she is a star and very competent. Please award her a full 5 stars!!!!!

Gentle and kind
As always a smooth and efficient service from Confidental. I was called and offered a cancellation appointment as requested and was seen on time. Reassuring Covid measures in place and strictly observed. Very friendly welcome and the hygienist was gentle and kind and put me instantly at ease.

Excellent Service
I had a hygienist appointment. I was tended to by Melissa and Holly. Both were very competent, polite and friendly. I have been a patient at "Confidental" for many years, probably 30+, they provide an excellent service which I doubt could be bettered.

Check up and dental clean
I never like going to the dentist due to some horrendous experiences as a child. Vishal took the time to get me to relax and then explained clearly the problems that may be developing and what he would need to do in the future.
Lucy, the hygienist, has always been brilliant and strangely enough, I quite enjoy my treatments with her.

The best place to go when only the best is
Good enough.
The bite on the temporary dentures is perfect
I am finding it hard to recognise my self with these
because I had my eye teeth cut out of the roof of my mouth when I was 14 and it did give my mouth a different appearance, also I hate dentures.
I do realise my mouth has changed a lot in the last 5
years.
