A most pleasant appointment
As usual I had a most pleasant appointment yesterday with both the Dentist and Hygienist.
They are both always friendly and helpful and chat about social things as well as dental subjects.

Excellent experience
This was an excellent experience. The hygienist I was booked in to see had injured her hand so was unable to treat me. I was transferred to someone else but the appointment time was kept the same. Very satisfactory.

Calming manner
Sandeep is always welcoming even when things seem busy, he has a calming manner and lets you know every step of the way what treatment is going to happen, he's very passionate about what he does which is what makes a good dentist.

Lovely friendly atmosphere
I had a double appointment, one with Melissa the hygienist. Melissa talks through every stage and keeps you relaxed.
I then had a follow up with Vishal, again he talks you through what he’s doing and I feel relaxed and in safe hands. It was a check up this time. I no longer have the fear of going for a dentist visit.
Lovely friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door.

Fantastic and caring
Katrina is a fantastic and caring, highly skilled professional and the treatment I received was brilliant and education on how to look after my teeth without being condescending or making me feel uncomfortable I found very motivational - I am delighted to say that my gum health has improved greatly since she has been looking after me.

Very Covid safe
Very happy and relieved I was able to be seen on the same day of ringing up as was in a lot of pain. The dental practice was very Covid safe and friendly as always! Good service and advice given.

Confidental was recommended to me to help me with extremely painful tooth. I was transformed in 50 minutes after treatment started. I am so very grateful to the whole team, very caring and professional.

Hygienist appointment
Another good session with Katrina my Hygienist. She always explains everything she is doing and I have confidence in her.
The only down side as I keep saying in these reviews is having to pay the Covid Surcharge as I think the fees we pay are expensive enough already.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sandeep and his team at confidential. I had to have two crowns fitted last Friday, Sandeep explained the procedure step by step. The crowns were made at the surgery and they fitted perfectly. I left the surgery expecting to have some pain after the procedure, I was pain free.
I am so pleased with the crowns, and would not hesitate recommending Confidential.

Confidental Dental Practice
I had a Hygienist appointment last Friday 23rd April. My experience from arriving to leaving was very pleasant. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the Receptionist and the work carried out by Melissa was to the highest standard in respect to the way she discussed my treatment with me and physically completed the work.....pain free.
