I wasn't expecting the new machine and technique that was used this time and wasn’t sure it was the hygenist that I was expecting. This left me feeling a bit anxious and uncertain. The machine broke down early on and something had to be replaced. This was done fairly swiftly but we were already running late. I found the air and water under pressure hurt a bit like breathing very cold air on a cold day. Something tasted bitter and unpleasant – the dye? The inside of my cheek in one place was uncomfortable for 24 hours afterwards as if it had been scratched or caught although I couldn’t see anything. The appointment seemed longer than usual over half an hour and I find it quite uncomfortable lying for a long time on my back. I am also concerned that the fee has gone up from £66 in September to £77 in March. I thought that the extra charges for covid precautions were already in place back in September and I am not aware of having been clearly notified of what is more than a 10% increase in charge. Apologies if I have missed a communication somewhere. I think greater clarity on increases in charges would be helpful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but I wouldn't rate it as the best experience I have had at Confidental, where I have had excellent service in the past.

Quick, painless and a great communicator

Thought I had a troublesome filling, fitted me in quickly and at a time convenient to me. Reassured me everything is ok. Excellent customer service and great care taken over patient and staff safety during these difficult times. I recommend this practice to everyone I meet.

This was an excellent experience : from initial explanation of what would be done, to the end result of beautiful clean feeling teeth. No pain, no discomfort. It was only later at home that I looked in the mirror and was delighted to see how lovely and shiny my teeth.

Lucy is an excellent Hygienist, who clarifies exactly what she is doing, what the issues are and what corrective action is required.
My only concern is the escalating cost, which has increased by over 20% across the last two years. I know PPE is a major factor here but the charge of £77 for 30 minutes does seem somewhat high.

I was so impressed with my appointment of New crown fitted while you wait and all the time it took to do the crown was one hour and forty minutes from start to finish. Excellent quality product and craftmanship using High tech equipment.
