This is the fourth time I have visited Confidential Dental Practice and I can say that I have always been delighted with their service from start to finish. The appointment reminders, the welcome, the promptness and friendliness from everyone, the hygiene and the attention to smallest detail. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

3D scan and discussion
I was completely reassured by the measures being taken for both patient and staff safety. Once inside my interaction with staff was careful and well controlled. I had the opportunity to discuss the treatment I would have with Vishal and was able to query various elements about which I was unsure. I am more than happy with all aspects of my visit.

My recent hygienist appointment
Katrina was very friendly and professional. She demonstrated the importance of doing interdental cleaning by using a disclosure tablet so I could see where the bacteria were growing. This has inspired me to clean properly more often (daily). Katrina then used a new machine to thoroughly clean between and around all surfaces of my teeth. This was a much more pleasant experience than before when it was a bit uncomfortable having plaque taken away manually. Thank you Katrina!

Routine Checkup and Hygienist Visit
Flawless customer service and health and safety, with highly organised social distancing and deep cleaning machines between patients.
If you were ever nervous about dentists, this is the place to go. Sandeep has eradicated any residual nervousness I used to suffer due to past experiences. Confidential has all of the latest knowledge and technology and does everything possible to make patients feel relaxed and confident.
Dental hygiene visits are no longer a matter of routine, they are something to look forward to like a spa treatment for your mouth. State of the art mini-jet wash on my teeth was soothing and relaxing. Katrina and Danielle are friendly, professional and did a superb job. My teeth have never looked whiter with no discomfort. Great advice on care of my teeth and gums has really improved my cleaning routine and resulted in clear checkups. At the risk of sounding a bit gushy, or like a paid reviewer (I’m not) - I can’t recommend this practice enough.

I felt very safe
Life's not normal at the moment and going out anywhere can be fraught, but Confidental have made visiting the dentist in Covid times as pleasant as they can. New rules and practices are set out clearly when you are sent an email reminder about your appointment and staff explain everything upon arrival. The staff are working in Covid-safe ways and having to put up with wearing a lot of PPE, but are doing their job as efficiently and cheerfully as always.
