My first rappointment
First Appointment gave a good impression from the moment of booking. Informative document sent in advance of the appointment organised dental check up to happen at the same visit as the hygienist. Courteous and friendly staff gave a good impression of client safe environment . The dental inspection was well managed and the dentist professional friendly and informative He explained exactly what he was going to do and why, and was reassuring about the healthy state of my teeth and gums. I am aware that some considerable work was required by the hygienist but even allowing for this I found the procedure painful and my gums were sore for 48 hours after the treatment. Having said that the teeth looked clean and the staining was removed. to explain the star rating I gave I would give 5 for the Dentist but 4 star for the hygienist.

Check up and hygiene
Excellent. Despite that announcement of the new lockdown the day before, staff were working as normal and I was able to see both the dentist and the hygienist. Everyone was caring and helpful and the practice has excellent arrangements in place to ensure social distancing so you feel completely safe.

Extractrion
Having recently had a heart attack and on so many different medications, Deepak did his homework and made me feel totally at ease in my appointment. Deepak called me with a follow up after a couple of days to make sure I was ok as well which I really appreciated.
Have got more procedures coming up, and I can't believe I'm saying that I'm looking forward to going back to the dentist.
I thoroughly applaud all the guys there, well done!

Thank you Katrina, for excellent advice and a great appointment. My teeth were super clean and shiny after you used your new water jet cleaner on them. My teeth are sensitive, but I felt relaxed and comfortable whilst you were cleaning them. Highly recommended!

Crown fitted, chip filed down & gum area cleaned.
I had to have 2 injections (one either side of my mouth) due to nature of work carried out, it was efficient and informative throughout and I was involved all the time.
