Very good and I would recommend
Very good and I would recommend. I am Dental phobic/ really do not like dental work being done to me and they were really good with me. As good an experience as i've ever had at a dentists regarding dental work. Will be going again and would recommend.

Great service, great staff
I'm very nervous about the dentist, but all of the staff cater to this wonderfully. I go in worried, and come out not having shed a tear. Great service, great staff, lovely and clean atmosphere.

After a warm welcome to the practice being extremely nervous I was saddened to learn despite having completed the health questionnaire that I was above the bmi to have my treatment booked in. The dentist acknowledged they had this information and apologised that this was missed. I had 2 sleepless nights prior to attending and had I known my bmi was too high months before I could have addressed this sooner and saved my embarrassment in the surgery. I know I will be back but now need to suffer pain for further months.

To ensure patient safety we have to adhere to strict criteria when assessing patients for IV sedation and cannot risk their safety, so the national guidelines require patients to attend for assessment prior to booking for IV sedation. Unfortunately, these assessments sometimes show that a patient cannot be safely sedated in a general dental practice setting and they need to be referred for alternative treatment options. While we apologise for a wasted visit, we adhere vigilantly to safety requirements when providing IV sedation and all other dental treatment.
