Great dental practice. My daughter was in for an extraction and she was treated brilliantly. Made to feel comfortable and it was ensured she felt no pain. Appointments are always on time and always treated well by reception staff, dentist and dental nurses.

David is wonderful and put me and my child at ease. My daughter has additional support needs and won’t be seen by anyone else as David is so understanding. Reception staff are second to none as was the dental nurses

Appointment
Greeted warmly at reception and assisted with form filling. Met new dentist who introduced herself. She was very polite throughout and I felt that my check up was thorough. Dental assistant was also pleasant.
I haven’t given 5 stars as it feels like there’s a bit of an atmosphere in the surgery as if staff are not getting on well with each other. I’ve felt this on previous occasions too.

Emergency appointment
I was really pleased to get an emergency appointment on the day I phoned with acute dental pain. The dentist gave me clear options for the next steps and I agreed on tooth removal. I was upset that the next available appointment wasn’t for 6 weeks but I really hope to get a cancellation appointment before then.
