Dentist was nice
Receptionists were very friendly.
Dentist was nice, I didn't feel judged, she explained what treatment I needed, a nice, relaxed environment. Advice was given on oral hygiene, what to do.
I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Extremely good dentist
I had lost my plate with one false tooth on it. The dentist explained the procedure necessary for a replacement, immediately took an impression and I was able to book the 2 appointments right then. Extremely good dentist and very friendly staff in the whole practice.

The service was first class and friendly.
The only small thing was that my appointment was for 10.15 , and I was not taken until 10.45 with no explanation !

Hi Mr. Marks. Thanks for the great review. I've spoken to the reception staff and the dentist. The dentist was running late due to being double booked first thing in the morning. I've ask all staff to make sure their patients are kept informed in the future. Thanks for letting us know and helping us improve our service.

It was an emergency appointment and the receptionist was very helpful. The dentist Anna was first class and her assistant very nice. I’m a patient of this practice so the above was what I’m used to.

Excellent service. Have a great fear of the dentist but David always puts me at ease. Staff are all lovely, particularly Fiona (?) at reception.
