Excellent service. New patient. Initial contact via email and telephone professional and quick. Greeting upon arrival for an appointment welcoming. Comfortable, tasteful practice with lovely waiting area. Dentist (Arjan) is the best. Reassuring putting you at ease immediately. Explaining process and treatments. Taking time with you, I did not feel rushed. Plans explained in detail. No pressure to sign up. Excellent service. Could not fault any of it. Thank you.

After telephoning to arrange an appointment following losing part of a tooth, I was reassured by the administrative personnel I would be offered an appointment at the earliest convenience. I attended the appointment and the team are consistent in the service they provide. I feel very fortunate to be registered at this practice.

My visit is always good with the dentist I see. The dentist is chatty and puts you at your ease and that is what everybody needs when a visit to the dentist is necessary even if it is just a check-up.

Being quite nervous of going to the dentist because of a bad experience in my 20s , I was immediately put at ease the first few times I saw Dev .

The treatment I received was first class
I am very pleased with my recent and first visit to this modern dental centre. I was instantly made to feel at ease by the highly trained professionals. The treatment I received was first class and pain free which I didn't expect it to be, a big thank you for the personal service. At no time did I feel rushed and was involved with the different steps of my treatment. I am extremely pleased with the results and have no hesitation in highly recommending the first class service I received. I would also like to thank the receptionist for the information, reassurance and care she took when I first made contact about the services you offer, I was quickly given options to consider which made it very easy for me to decide.
