Excellent and prompt service with very good result.

I have been a patient at this dentist since moving to the area in 2013. The practice recently moved to the wonderful new premises in the old NatWest bank. My wife and two young children are also patients and we all attend regular check-ups with Doctor James Powell. The care and attention to detail with James is second to none. It's not often any of the family needs any actual work so to speak as the advise and attention to detail to prevent issues and care for our teeth is so good from James we manage to avoid many issues. I did however need a very old filling replacing in quite an awkward area towards the back of my upper jaw. I must say the finished result is absolutely astonishing, It's almost impossible to tell the tooth isn't completely original, nearly half the tooth was replaced over a decade ago to a great standard so the same has been done again but the result is even better, James really took his time and meticulously rebuilt the tooth and it feels completely natural and is visually perfect. The procedure took nearly two hours in total but was completely painless, in fact the only discomfort was the head rest on the chair that is overwise very comfortable. Thanks once again for a great service and for taking such care over the details.

I have been visiting the Crescent Dental Practice for a number of years. I have always had a positive experience. In particular the Dentist I see is very competent, friendly and professional. I find it reassuring to be able to share a friendly conversation with practitioners who are experienced in dealing with patients who feel nervous or need a few minor adjustments to make the appointment less daunting. The dental assessment and quality of the work is excellent. I strongly recommend the Crescent Dental Practice.

Absolutely amazing!! Having not been to the dentist for a while and being scared - I was totally made to feel at ease and welcomed from the minute I walked in. Every question asked was answered so professionally and without even a single sigh.
Looking forward to my next visit !!

Todays receptionists were bright and welcoming, just what you need before a dental appointment. Oral hygienist also very cheery, gave me the most thorough hygiene treatment I have ever had. Top notch service.

I saw Hannah regarding my front tooth that had failed, she was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
The main reason to be going to your outlet was my Dentist, part of the same group, uses the NHS banner and the time to resolve the tooth issue was going to be a couple of months.
I decided to not use the private practice because the time benefit was very minimal.
However, Hannah was a real joy to speak with.
