Excellent experience
My first appointment today at The Crescent. The reception was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was a coffee machine to use while waiting. The reception staff were very friendly.
I had an examination plus cleaning with Kelly who made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was excellent!

As usual excellent treatment from Mr Bonner. He explains and discusses everything with me so there are no surprises at the end. The reception staff are lovely too - very friendly and keep us well informed.

Very good communication skills, dentist attentive, staff pleasant, it took me a lot go back to a dentist. But they ask if you're ok. They are respectful.

Hygienist
The hygienist is always very professional. She always checks I'm happy and takes time to make sure I'm comfortable throughout the treatment. She is a credit to the surgery. Thank you for making me feel relaxed which is massive for someone who can have huge anxiety around dental treatments.
