So pleased I chose to come to you. I have always struggled going to the dentist with nerves but the dentist made me feel at ease from first coming. Before I had any treatment he explained about the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. I felt the staff are all caring and friendly. Thank you.

On going treatment
I have not always had a pleasant experience with the dentist and have had some disappointing results, but since I have started treatment with The Crescent they have been lovely, reception is always polite and there is no rush when they are dealing with you always ask if you are feeling ok. When I am in the chair they always explain what they are going to do and take time to go through the procedure, I feel comfortable and relaxed.

A joyful experience.
The reception team here are incredible. We have to travel all the way from York to get here but the amazing reception team turn the weariness of travel into a joy at arriving.
Then James and his assistant follow up with very caring and supportive care.
