Great first impression- reception area very clean & well cared for & a lovely, friendly welcome from the very smartly dressed receptionists. Excellent appointment with dentist (who I had seen at previous practice) & thorough explanation of pricing structure and dental plan options and cover provided.

I really cannot thank them enough
Please please please will you pass on my sincere gratitude and thanks to Donna and her colleague. I am such a nervous patient and I cry at most appointments but they take so much time and care with me, answer my questions honestly and sensitively, and I am always relieved that I attended. I really cannot thank them enough. In addition the staff on the front desk are very warm and welcoming and the entire environment is pleasant from start to finish. I had a horrendous experience as a five year old and now at 53 they have helped me to overcome my phobia with their kindness and compassion

I think all the ladies I met were courteous and professional at their jobs. They put me at ease from entering the establishment, throughout the treatment, and leaving. They all deserve a pay rise!
