Brilliant Service

I just want to thank everyone involved at Selby Dental Care for their prompt response to a telephone call I made recently concerning an abscess on one of my teeth. I was seen early the day following my initial phone call. We have been delighted with the professionalism and efficiency of the practice since we have been treated by yourselves which is over a number of years now.

My experience

What was good was the overall efficiency of the reception staff (welcome & payment).
What was not so good, was l had a 30mins wait, to see the dentist. A basic apology would have been nice to recognise the delay.
