All the staff are friendly and helpful, usually get seen early, never been later than appointment time. Dr Nawaz is great and has time to answer any questions. 10/10.

My experience
I waited 30mins for my appointment as they were running late again. No one let me know there was a delay and it made me late going back to work, so if someone had just communicated how late they were running I could have let my work know. I was in for all of 5 minutes and told to come back in a year. I didn’t get my usual clean and polish like I normally do so hey bonus, they probably made all their time delays back.

Thank you for your feedback. As always we take all feedback on board. As you were leaving, this was discussed with reception. We can only apologise that you were not informed and this will be mentioned to all staff to communicate with reception going forward. Unfortunately, due to the practice being appointment based, sometimes things can get held up. With regards a scaling, the NHS guidelines are always changing so cleans are not always carried out unless they are clinically necessary. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the practice.

I am a very nervous dentist patient but Selby Dental always makes me feel as comfortable (as possible) when I go to see them. I no longer try and skip appointments which is a big deal for someone with a dentist phobia!

Most efficient appointment in over 4 years!!
Reception staff were all fantastic. Always happy and smiling. Always a pleasure having a little chit chat with them.
Todays appointment with dentist, no messing about rebooking appointments, took daughter's baby tooth out quickly and efficiently while we were there.
Also, I got my teeth cleaned for the first time in about 4 years! (I pay for all my treatments, not exempt) so this was well overdue given that it should be included with all paid check ups and has been declined previously with advice to visit hygienest and pay again!
