Very clear advice from dentist. Friendly and helpful. Possibly overstressed the risks of extraction but I appreciate that is required these days.

I was put at ease straight away

I was put at ease straight away through all my appointment and my dentist was very good at explaining everything before and after my appointment.

I cannot fault it at all

I think the dentist and dental nurse are very patient with me. I get nervous so they made me feel very comfortable. To be honest, every single one of you is fabulous. The reception are so fast and efficient. From ringing up to going home I cannot fault it at all. You make me feel welcome, guided and when I come down you always say "do you want me to write it down for you" and I am just grateful. I didn't want it to go unnoticed that I didn't care.
