Selby Dental Care

The lack of knowledge by the reception team regarding prices. They were unable to clarify why the last appointment I had with the dental hygienist was band 1 NHS charge yet today I was charged £69 for a private appointment. I had not been made aware of the change in rules and increased pricing and I could not understand why my appointment was classed as private when it was deemed clinically necessary by Mr Nawaz. I would request written details of what is now included under NHS and the pricing bands.
