Extremely disappointed with your booking in procedure. Booked in early for my appointment with one of the receptionists and after 30mins I asked why I had not been seen. She said I was not booked in!!!!!!!! Other receptionist confirmed booking which had not updated by the dentist and allowed others to jump the queue to be treated by the dentist I was booked to see. If I had not got up and queried the delay I would still be there. All parties blamed the computer system you operate. NOTE Pl ignore star ratings as I could not figure out how to select the star that I wanted eg the VERY POOR option (re App waiting time).

Hi. I apologise for the confusion around the checking in procedure. We are still in early days with the new system so unfortunately are experiencing some flaws which we hope to overcome in the next few weeks.
