Very high level of customer service

Both the dentist and the assistant were extremely happy, friendly, and answered my questions patiently. They were extremely helpful and to be honest it was a pleasure coming today. The dentist did a deep clean of my teeth due to gum disease and it was the most gentle non painful deep clean I’ve ever had, I braced myself for a certain level of pain but there was hardly any! I’m really satisfied with the very high level of customer service and the professional standard today.

Highly recommend the practice

Everyone was really friendly from the receptionists to the dental team. Cannot thank Mr Guscott enough for his treatment and care, would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

Polite staff, received text to remind of appointment. Received phone call to see if able to come earlier. Seen within five minutes of appointment time. Light, clean and pleasant waiting area and treatment room. Dentist and nurse professional helpful people. Kept informed.
