My experience

I told the receptionist I was here, but my dentist thought I hadn't turned up. I was lucky to mishear the assistant calling out a name or I would have been waiting longer.

Great team!

My dentist was Matthew Hughes and I was having a tooth extracted. Him and his assistant (not sure of her name annoyingly) were amazing!! Frightened of dentists they were really calming and she held my hand when she could and made me feel reassured. They both deserve the recognition as they were amazing. Made my fear a little less overwhelming. Great team!

A positive experience

I received a phone call to cancel my appointment just as I had arrived in the car park due to staffing issues.
After advising the receptionist I had already arrived the dentist agreed to see me.
Mr Nawaz is always very friendly and personable and puts you at ease.
Everything is clearly explained. Overall a positive experience.

Very thorough examination

Well received at reception. Dental nurse apologised as appointment was 5 mins late and the dentist was very professional. Very thorough examination and gave good advice re cleaning and dental hygiene.

My experience

Getting the emergency appointment was good.
Dentist seemed stressed, flustered, and not listening to my symptoms.
Rushed to do X-ray hence despite being told I had a small mouth tried to force holder into mouth which is sore due to cracked molar.
Usually all the dentists I have seen at surgery are very professional and I speak highly of them.
I will not attend an appointment again with this dentist.
