The new paperwork update online saved a lot of time and meant I could complete it in advance of my appointment which is much better than previously. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the care provided was excellent from xrays to a scale and polish. The team are polite and approachable. The only downside to my visit was that I was told the dentist would call me that afternoon regarding further work needed and this did not happen. I may have to chase this up myself but the practice is busy and I understand there may be waiting times for call backs.

If I had not had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment this would have been a five-star review.
Being in a dentist’s waiting room for an extra period of time is not great for an already nervous patient staff were very polite and I understand that sometimes delays can not be avoided.

No problems
Broke a wisdom tooth 2 weeks ago, only 50% of the tooth remained. Booked an appointment to either have it removed or a temporary filling. Dentist decided it was better to extract it. This was my preferred option.
No problems during extraction or afterwards. Numbness took around 3 hours to disappear.
