My experience

Dentist was excellent, but we came at midday and it was already running 25 mins behind, it’s really frustrating when trying to fit appointments around work/school/etc

Thankyou for leaving us feedback. Unfortunately, running late is sometime unavoidable as we often have dental emergencies throughout the day which can cause us to run late. I am sorry if you weren't made aware of any delays when you checked in at reception. I will pass the feedback on and make sure any delays are mentioned at check in.

Just amazing

The dentist we had today was just amazing. Dedicated to making sure the children knew what was happening during their appointments and engaging with their curiosity too!

Always puts you at ease

Mr Varley was very thorough and always takes the time to explain anything you’re not sure about. Always puts you at ease. Also gives good advice on the care of your teeth and gums.

Thorough, gentle, and friendly

My first visit with the new dentist at the practice went well. She was thorough, gentle, and friendly. Explained what she was doing and answered my questions patiently. Reception staff were prompt and efficient.
