I had an appointment for a filling. Whilst I am not a person who is worried about the dentist, it was very reassuring to have a talk with Mr Ali prior to treatment starting about how the procedure would work. He was friendly, understanding and kind, putting me at total ease. I am a 64 year old woman and so have had many dental appointments and this one was the most pleasant one I have had. Thank you.

Original appointment cancelled without informing me. Wasted visit. Check up did not include any cleaning. Offered another hygiene clean but last hygiene spent most of time cleaning back of front teeth and little time cleaning gums
