Caring and very patient
The female dentist and assistant were caring and very patient with my wife who has Parkinson’s and spinal problems and consequently has to use a wheelchair. Receptionists were brilliant with my wife.

My experience
Very quick visit, usually have a deep clean as part of the check up but nothing this year for the first time, hopefully not a regular occurrence, at £26 for a 3 minute examination was a little disappointing.

The NHS guidelines have changed about how cleans can be performed on the NHS now. Only a very basic one with the dentist unless it clinically necessary to perform a deeper clean. If deemed clinically needed the dentist can refer to the hygiene therapist. However, private appointments can also be booked in with the hygiene therapist. Please contact the practice if you would like to book in.

They were all fantastic
Everyone in the practice were amazing, the lovely lady the helped me upstairs, the dentist and nurse were so kind and considerate as I'm terrified of the dentist, they were all fantastic and a massive thank you for looking after me so well.

Absolutely outstanding service
Totally put my faith back in dentists after a terrible experience over 20 yrs ago. Absolutely outstanding service from walking in to leaving, can't praise enough, all staff was fabulous and dentist and assistant outstanding, knowing I was so nervous they were wonderful with me.

Calm experience, gentle
Calm experience, Matthew the dentist was more gentle than usual, he took time and care and I felt he was more thorough. I felt calm throughout as I am usually feeling nervous in the dentist chair.
