Totally impressed

Outstanding. I have never had such a thorough clean. Miss Lucia Bravo-Batley was very professional, explaining the procedures in detail and the follow-up. She is clearly interested and very caring. I am totally impressed with her and the other staff in the practice.

I managed to get an emergency appointment with Mr Varley to fill the tooth that broke on Thursday night. He like Mr Wales, who I saw in February and March, was very professional and kind.
