Broke a tooth and not only were the practice proactive in getting me a cancellation appointment, Dr Varley and his dental nurse were amazing at taking care of me as I am a nervous patient

Had a short notice cancellation appointment because my filling fell out.
Had to have tooth extracted and x-ray which was a bit of a shock as i am very nervous at the dentist, but the experience was as good as it could be and dentist was very patient with me.

Friendly, approachable
I was seen for an annual checkup. My dentist was friendly, approachable and answered my questions. The dental nurse was also very friendly and efficient. My contact with the receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

Well been for 6 monthly check up followed by hygienist. What a great practice with just the best dentist and hygienist. Very friendly, calming and unhurried and sociable.

Greeted nicely when I went into reception, was asked to take a seat in main waiting room, just a few minutes later I was called to the reception desk, the receptionist checked me in and asked me to go up to the waiting room. I didn't have to wait long before I was called to go through to Mr Varley. He checked my teeth and all OK apart from 1 I had chipped a few weeks earlier. He repaired the chip and I was done. Waited downstairs for a few minutes for the details of payment to come through, paid the bill and was on my way home. Thank you to all.
