Cheery, friendly, professional
Friendly, efficient welcome. The dentist (Mr Varley) was cheery, friendly, professional and kept me informed of what he was doing. Dental nurse was efficient and smiley. It doesn't take much, to make a patient at ease but it is very necessary.
