I was having my first filling and after having a bad experience previously at the dentist I found the dentist to be incredibly attentive. Constant communication and reassurance throughout the process helped calm any worry or nerves I may have had.

Was seen promptly. The form to fill in on an I pad was a bit lengthy and know it was done before my appointment because it was a last minute emergency appointment but I would have thought some were kept on record and just needed to say if there were any alterations.
Glad I could get sorted after lengthy waits between appointments due to staffing issues

Treatment was excellent
I was in the chair for 30 mins having 2 fillings inserted. Treatment was excellent and Mr Varley was extremely good. I would recommend him to all clients.

A very through examination & were happy to explain everything. Both Dentist and assistant were polite and pleasant. Reception staff so welcoming and anticipated my questions. They were efficient and a pleasure to engage with. A great experience from beginning to end.

Truly amazing
Bethan is truly amazing, an asset to your practice! Since my original dentist left roughly 10 years ago I’ve never had the same dentist since and I’ve been seen by a few different people but Bethan has definitely stood out by far! She is thorough and clearly cares about her patients! My little girl is 4 and she is amazing with her which is just what children need to stop fears happening! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves and hopefully stays for years to come.
