Difficult replacement of old fillings professionally carried out with care and consideration. I was well looked after by my Dentist and Dental Nurse who was fully involved.

Professional, friendly, efficient, patient, encouraging, supportive.

I had not seen this dentist before but her and the nurse put me at ease and the inspector along with a clean up was over without pain.

Ms Kassir went to a lot of trouble outlining the various options available to me regarding the treatment of a broken incisor. Her examination and subsequent first course of treatment was very professional and empathetic. The Dental technician was also very friendly and helpful. The reception staff are always helpful, and tried their utmost to find me an appointment at the earliest opportunity. Gold star provision of care!

Excellent service.

Dentist was 35 minutes late advised due to traffic but did not call the surgery, so I was not made aware and no one even realised she hadn't arrived and i hadn't been seen until she came in late. I was then in the room for less than 2 minutes, definitely felt the check-up was rushed. I wanted to discuss teeth whitening options and get more information on the denplan but felt like I couldn't ask any questions and like I was ushered out the door so the dentist could catch up. Not a trauma informed practice in the slightest. Then I had to pay for this service that wasn't even a full alloted time slot. And on top of this I had to call in late to work myself which then effects my pay because the dentist was 35 minutes late for their first appointment of the day.
Receptionist was lovely and very apologetic. Service with a smile for definite. The only thing that made the experience poor and not very poor.

The whole surgery need trauma informed practice training. Their should be a procedure to call in and advise if you're running late and in traffic. Even if this call didn't come through, the assisting staff members should notice other missing staff and be following this up. Incompetence at it's finest that no-one even realised the dentist hadn't arrived, let alone the health and safety/fire concerns this causes.

Dental care is very good and the staff are helpful and friendly

I've been a patient here for many years and it's always been a good experience. The reception staff and are great and the waiting areas are clean and comfortable.
I rarely have a wait of more than 15 minutes for my appointment. There have been exceptions but it's rare. The care and treatment is excellent and the dentists are very personable and friendly.

Appointment on time, health check and replaced filling, also given a prescription for gum disease.

As a nervous patient I am always made to feel relaxed. Harriet is very professional and friendly. Cannot fault the practice from the welcome when I arrive to the treatment received. Thank you.

As always everyone was polite and friendly, I was slightly confused at being asked to move to a downstairs treatment room as I hadn’t requested it, however my treatment was as good as always.

It was good as usual.
