Tooth extraction
Both the dentist and dental nurse were very caring and professional. I was dreading the experience but they checked constantly that I was ok. An extraction can never be pleasant but there was no pain and it was a straightforward.

Bridge problem!
Miss Gupta was excellent with her advice and ways to deal with my problem. I have asked to see her in future as I was not happy with the previous dentist who I feel should have picked up the problem with my bridge on my last visit…. 2weeks after which I had to visit a London dentist and pay £175 to have it put back into place ( I was visiting my daughter in London) it was quite an ordeal finding a dentist in an emergency. The bridge has stayed in place but miss Gupta said to get in touch if I had any problems.

A very pleasant experience.
Although her appearance and youth might suggest inexperience, Zinab exudes confidence and competence making me feel very comfortable. Zinab’s explanation of my dental needs and the options open were clearly stated and I was happy to take her advice. I look forward to my next appointment.

Check-up
Long standing patient of the practice and as usual, Mr Nowaz provided careful and considerate treatment. His understanding and management of my concerns about positioning in the chair is much appreciated, as is the kindness shown by the nurse.

Appointment for a checkup
I was greeted in a friendly and professional way by the receptionists in the smart entrance and ground floor waiting room. Went upstairs and used the WC there. My appointment was on time and I was greeted in a brisk but friendly way by the dentist and her dental hygienist. Given an X-ray and then an examination. Where my teeth and gums were found to be in good condition. My only comment is that walking upstairs from the very smart reception area almost seems like a different practice. The WC up there is really rather horrible, it’s shabby and dated with no hot water and the waiting room seems gloomy compared to the modern one downstairs. However all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I am a long time client of this practice and have always been very pleased with the treatment I have received.
