Same day appointment
I visited because I had toothache but couldn’t pinpoint exactly where. The dentist examined me and took X Rays. She then tapped my teeth with no reaction and decided that it was neuralgia and prescribed some toothpaste which is working. She was thorough and pleasant. I got the appointment on the same day that I phoned which was really good.

Running late again
Initially, I received conflicting information with a text reminder for an appointment and then a text to book an appointment. System problems apparently. I completed the questionnaire online in advance, but it didn't reach you, more system problems. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was given no indication that you were running late. I was 20 minutes late getting in for my appointment. The appointment was fine but when did you stop cleaning teeth in a check up? Overall not particularly impressed.

Basic checkup prior to change of denture
Short inspection prior to new denture. Several months ago given estimate of £600 for metal denture, early this month told £900. Finally quoted £1400 when measured up by person making the fitting, please ensure estimates are correct.
