Everything works very well and I am very pleased with the result. The only problem I have is hearing Mr Brignall clearly with all the other noises in the room at this time. (Despite my age! my hearing is fine, I have it checked regularly).

Efficient, informative and very caring
This was my first visit to the Dentist since the start of the pandemic and I was very reassured by the measures which had been put in place. I have attended this Dental Practice for many years and have always found them to be courteous, efficient, informative and very caring.

Care and consideration
As a family we consider ourselves so fortunate to have Miles as our dentist. This confidence and trust relates not only to his exceptionally welcoming but professional personality, but also to his clinical skills and knowledge. We feel that his care and consideration would be hard to match in another dentist.
It is also very pleasing that the new member of the reception team is so approachable and friendly. Whilst we would not have changed dental practice or left Miles' care, the previous receptionist staff did little to make phone calls or visits pleasant experiences. Being front of house is very important in the opinion of our family and whilst Annette was a hard act to follow, the replacements (one lady in particular) were not good ambassadors for the practice.
