Dr Ian Brignall suggested a bridge which I knew nothing about and agreed to go ahead and proceed.

I arrived home and could not believe the results – this was the first time I had seen the results – it was amazing!
The bridge was a perfect fit, size and colour – my daughter and wife said I had film star teeth!
I felt so safe at all times when having the treatment carried out, and the care and procedures implemented were outstanding.
I would recommend the treatment to anybody. Thank you Dr Brignall and team you are stars!

Your recent appointment - Filling
Appointment and treatment under covid 19 conditions was very good. I did not know cost of treatment until paying the bill but it followed a temporary filling during lock down so had to be undertaken almost regardless of cost. I think a scale of charges would be useful in future when things return to 'normal'.

Well organised arrangements for the current situation. E mailed information including a video prior to the appointment were clear and helpful. Very good and enhanced hygiene and infection control measures in place and helpful friendly staff. Necessary changes made to procedures and were evident since last visit. Was surprised my routine check up and hygienist appointment booked in January went ahead. Would not have minded a delay but well done.

Very relieved to see my dentist had re-opened last week following lockdown. I was really impressed to see all the precautions they have taken for the patients and the staff. I was given instructions by phone as to what to do and expect. One way system to go in now, so I used the hand sanitiser provided outside the lift before using lift to go up. Lovely girl met me when I got out of lift and checked my temperature, gave me hand sanitiser and a mask. She was working incredibly hard cleaning the lift etc after every patient. I knew the surgeries would be top notch but the extra measures in place were impressive. Thank you to everyone there.

Caring Dentistry
This practice absolutely lives up to its 'Caring Dentistry' name. Both Mr Brignall and all other staff have been consistently kind, professional and helpful both to me and my two children over the past few years. Mr Brignall saved me from an unfortunate and unsightly last-minute loss of a cap on one of my front teeth just before a New Year's Eve party, and he has done beautiful careful cosmetic work on both my and my son's teeth. He and his reception staff bend over backwards to help their patients. A fantastic dental practice, thank you!
