Talked me through every step

I panic A LOT when it comes to needles so when Dr Piggott told me I needed a filling and we could do it in the same appointment I flew off the handle and she calmed me right down. Told me she could do it without numbing and talked me through every step. All just felt very normal rather than scary and clinical. Thanks Keely (I think that’s her name).
