Care and friendliness of staff from walking in to walking out. I also found out I could see a NHS hygienist which I didn’t know about.

I had been worrying all night about going to the dentist but I was made to feel really at ease and everything was explained really well.

Check up

Attended today with my mum. Mum was a little nervous after becoming confused on a previous visit. From the outset of mums visit she was treated with kindness and patience. What was initially a stressful experience for her was completely turned around into a positive experience.
Well done to everyone concerned from the lovely reception ladies to the dentist and her assistant.

I was looked after very well

As usual, I received excellent care during my treatment of a deep clean with the hygienist and her colleague.
It was more tolerable than I thought it would be, without anaesthetic.
