I do think that your reception staff need to refrain from talking between themselves about clients as they leave.
They could also do with having a few more people skills!

The staff here are amazing
Really nice people. I needed a tooth removed and was very nervous about it, but the staff here are amazing and put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Explaining the procedure and what to expect through to the after care.
