Absolutely brilliant service. I broke my tooth and was going on holiday the next day. I rang at 2.00 was told to come in at 2.45, seen straight away by dental therapist who sorted out my tooth. Fantastic.

Calm atmosphere
First of all the calm atmosphere in reception. I have, in the past, known it to be quite lively! Secondly, I find Rabia to be most thorough with my check up, and keeping me informed. A charming and capable lady.

My dentist is a star
I know it’s not always nice a visit to the dentist no matter what you have done. I don’t know the names of my dentist and her lovely assistant. But each time I have been we always have a joke which is calming. The receptionists are always pleasant. But my dentist is a star, so is her assistant. Please don’t let them go whatever you do.

Rabia stands out. She makes a visit to the dentist such a positive experience.
Explains things simply, she’s very kind and calm and genuinely interested in ensuring that you are ok whilst you’re in the chair.

Made me feel at ease
Keeley made me feel at ease right from the start, she explained everything really well and in more detail than my previous dentists have ever done, it made me realise I haven't been getting the advice I needed from a good dentist.

Explained in full, extremely thorough
The hygienist and her assistant were both lovely. What was going to happen and why was explained in full and extremely thorough. They both made me feel comfortable and gave me a full understanding of my problem. The appointment wasn’t rushed and was carried out professionally.
