Delighted with the treatment
Since transferring from another practice I have been delighted with the treatment and service from Crystal Peaks Dental Centre. Most recently I needed fitting in quickly to repair a failing filling. I was treated by Rabia Farhan at short notice who was first class in all aspects

Crystal Peaks Dental Centre - Your recent appointment
Kendra who my daughter saw was lovely, no problem there but the receptionist was a bit rude and brash. She never said please or thankyou to either my daughter or any other person who came to the desk! She came into our room twice, the first time to drop something in, and the second time looking for an iPad …she just opened the door and called “have you taken an iPad from the desk?” There was no “excuse me” and no politeness. Call me old fashioned but politeness means a lot to people, and professionalism.

Staff on reception were lovely and helpful. The dentist always explains everything well. A couple of not so positive feedback elements. Firstly practise always seems to run late, last 3 visits I have been kept waiting at least 20 minutes which is a bit frustrating. Not sure if anything can be done to be more efficient with time keeping. The bigger shock was being asked to pay up front today for a dental hygienist appointment in February 2026. I would rather pay on the day of treatment. I have been coming to this dental practice since 1988 never missed an appointment never not paid my bills. I find this up front paying very bizarre and not great to have unexpected bill so close to Christmas which is an expensive time of year. Asking other people I work with no one else has ever been asked to pay up front at their dental practice.
