Everyone was so courteous and kind.

The receptionist was very good, she was very understanding when I stated the reason why I did not fill in the online questionnaire.
Secondly because I missed my last appointment with my regular Dentist due to being in hospital at the time, I had to see some one different.
She was absolutely brilliant the moment I walked in to the room till I left.
I asked questions she advised me in regards to my long term treatment plan and her assistant was equally good. But what stood she gave me the confidence for me to ask question.
I use to have Mrs Bird before she retired and she was a peoples person who was was very good at her job and was sorely missed by me.
The standard for me prior to yesterday had dropped from the dentist to the hygienist but the receptionist have always been of a high professional standard.
I was going to write in the box regarding my previous visits but I didnt see no point.
But when you have a positive experience, I do believe that it needs sharing so staff can be praised and hopefully the standard of care gets better for all service uses.
I am a NHS patience but I do pay to see the hygienist.

In snowy conditions I was given very good, prompt treatment by a dentist who volunteered to see me in spite of the fact that my original appointment was with a dentist who had been unable to get to the surgery because of the inclement weather.

Get really stressed at the dentist due to previous experience but this dentist calms me although still shake after attending.

Have been attending this practice for 30 odd years. Never had any issues with staff or treatment. They have always been helpful, kind and attentive. Keep up the good work. Top marks from me.

I have not been able to get into the dentist for quite a few years and became a patient here with some concerns over the health of my teeth. I was nervous for my first appointment in years but was welcomed to the clinic by a lovely reception team who made sure I was checked in and that I had all my forms ready. A lovely start to the dentist. They were incredibly helpful to other patients I noticed as well. My dentist was incredibly nice and could sense my nerves. She talked through everything with me and allowed me to voice my concerns with no interruption, making sure to address these concerns in my appointment, helping me feel at ease. It was a great experience back at the dentist and I am incredibly happy with the service I received.
