Friendly and helpful

Friendly and helpful reception staff member called Anne sorted out a query I had and booked next appointment.
Frances is a new dentist to me and she put me at ease and was very friendly. I am not the best when going to the dentist as I'm from the 1970s era of dentistry and she made the experience after over 2 years much better than what I thought.

Very understanding

Kerry was very understanding and explained what she was going to do all the way through my treatment which made me feel more relaxed and confident.
I must say that this was the best experience I have had at a dentist, please pass on my feedback to her.
