Crystal Peaks Dental Centre - appointment

As usual, both Kendra and Keeley were efficient and friendly. However, the IT system leaves much to be desired. I was asked to filll out the relevant forms several times prior to my appointment.. It is irritating and time-consuming entering the same data multiple times per visit. The system should detect when forms have already been submitted.
