My experience
After telephoning the practice 1st thing to arrange an emergency appointment I was booked in for later on that day. I have been going to this practice for many years and cannot praise them highly enough. Everyone is so friendly and today was no exception. A big thank you to Keeley and Kaye not only for looking after me today but every time I visit. Thank you.

The dentist was superb
The dentist was superb, both in how she performed the operation and in the way she 'put me at ease'. If you can ever call a tooth extraction a 'pleasant experience' this must be as good as it gets!

My experience
I am happy with the service of the dentist but must say I am unhappy with the manner in which one of the receptionists spoke to my wife. We are an elderly couple and I was having new dentures fitted and my wife asked if she could see me once they had been fitted prior to the end of the appointment and was told she could see me outside. I appreciate we are still adhering to post Covid rules but her manner was uncalled for.
