Thank you for your feedback, we value the opportunity to respond and use feedback in practice training sessions.

Although the restrictions have eased in general public the pandemic has not disappeared and as a healthcare provider we must continue to follow strict NHS and Public Health England guidance and standard operating procedures, which means dentistry is not back to pre-pandemic levels.

The charges will not be reducing as we believe that the service is valued at this cost and is also in comparison with other local practices for the same service.

I hope that this addresses your issues, I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Mr Peach makes you relax and is top notch.
The Dentist used to be a terrifying place but with people like him, it doesn’t need to be.

Always been a great dentist

Always been a great dentist, had an appointment to fix a cracked tooth, really nice dentist and staff. Always greeted with a smile ( I think ) difficult to see with a mask.

Lovely hygienist

I have only been twice since covid to see Jackie the hygienist and she is absolutely brilliant she makes me feel at ease as I get very nervous she is lovely.

My experience

I had to have a tooth out, my dentist Keeley was excellent, the injection hardly felt it. l was shaking, very nervous, she was very pleasant and took her time and l can honestly say she is a very nice and good dentist and l would recommend her to anyone.
