Friendly and thorough

How friendly and thorough Keeley was throughout my appointment. She thoroughly checked around my neck for any lumps and then thoroughly checked my gums for any signs of cancer. She also took the time to listen to my worries, concerns and thoughts about my teeth and which areas I wanted thorough work on. Keeley was also very friendly asking how I have been since my last visit and if I’d been doing much recently. She and her assistant were lovely.

The staff were friendly and Keeley was great. She explained the various treatment options with no pressure and we agreed what would be the best long term plan. More than happy to join the practice after a my initial visit.

Excellent

The dentist and hygienist were excellent. I did not like the refurbished waiting area. Too ‘clinical’. It just felt rather unwelcoming. Need some good pictures etc on the walls!
