This is a five star review and well deserved. I have been in a lot of pain and on contacting Crystal Peaks Dental Centre the receptionist was able to grant me a same day appointment (thank you). Xrays were taken and a hole was found under the gum line on one of my larger teeth. Options were discussed and I elected extraction. I wasn't looking forward to it but the Dentist (Francis Collett) was exceptionally Professional and put me at ease. The whole process was quick and pain free. I barely felt the injections let alone the rest of the process. With an extraction there has to be some brute force but Francis had great technique and was able to extract the tooth with very little trauma to the rest of my mouth. I couldn't believe how quick the process was and at the end I asked if I could see the tooth. There were two huge roots going in opposite directions. Francis had managed to snap the tooth and managed to abstract the tooth and one root in one piece, then worked on the second root. The whole tooth was complete, nothing was left behind, there was no cracking of bones, no drilling, no bleeding and more importantly I had and still have no pain. Thank you Francis and Team.

It was a new dentist after being treated by Mr Harper for 25 years so was a bit nervous but needn't have worried, very nice lady and put me at ease.
