My experience

Both the dentist and hygienist took time to explain and show me what was going on with my teeth and gums. The dental nurse was kind. I felt involved with the treatment and check up.

My experience

My appointment was scheduled for 2.10, first appointment after lunch. I arrived promptly at 2.00 so I would not be late for my appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I had to leave the practice by 2.30 as had to get back hone for 3pm to collect children from school. The hygienist was not ready for 2.10 and my treatment did not commence until 2.18, leaving me with just 12 mins for my appointment which I was charged for full 20 mins. would the hygienist be happy if I turned up late for my appointment?
