Excellent professional care from dealing with the receptionists to when during 2 extractions my teeth refused to exit! I was kept calm and shown such kindness during a particularly traumatic time. Would highly recommend.

I have used this practice since before Richard Harper joined them. He became my regular dentist and I wish him well in his retirement. This was my first visit since his retirement and pre Covid and I was a little apprehensive. Check in was Covid secure, no waiting and Frances replaced my lost filling in a very professional, reassuring way - communicating everything clearly throughout the procedure. I would have no concerns should she be my dentist on any future appointments.

My experience
I had no appointment, but a problem and was offered an appointment same day.
The only downside tbh was the wait for my call to be answered - over an hour - I’m retired now so it didn’t matter to me and I know I could have rung back but I do feel for people who try to call in their breaks or lunch times - please don’t take that as a derogatory remark I just hope it helps other people.

From the moment I called for an appointment to the minute I left after my actual appointment. I felt welcomed and very well informed. I felt utterly safe and comfortable during my appointment, I suffer with anxiety and where I would normally be freaking out at a dental appointment, I felt completely at ease. Mr Peach is so friendly and explains everything to you.
