Hygienist
This is the first time I've been to the new hygienist, she was very knowledgeable, told me things I should do with my teeth I never knew about no other hygienist has told me.

The dental treatment was excellent as always. Although on this occasion I found one of the front office staff slightly abrupt. On arrival, I was told to wait outside as there were already two at the counter (although the sign advertising this was pointing towards the seating). Why could I not sit inside as seats were available. I then was not called to the counter when it was free! After the treatment I was told by the same member of staff that an advice would be sent out advising the next appointment without any explanation why I couldn't book it then ! Minor points really, but first impressions !!

Felt very safe. Had a broken filling and it was sorted there and then even though I had only gone for a check up. Mr Peach is always very amiable and puts me at ease immediately.
