My family and I have all been with Crystal Peaks Dentist since around 2006, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We have always had a positive experience over the years.
I needed an emergency appointment recently due to having increasing pain over the weekend and was going on holiday Monday afternoon. The team booked me in for an appointment at 12:30pm, then called back to ask me to come down straight away and Mr Peach would seen me as soon as possible. Walked out with no pain and enjoyed my holiday pain free.

Staff are brilliant
Nothing but a positive experience at this practice. Staff are brilliant, always helpful and kind from the reception staff, dentists, dental nurses/assistants.
Always help you out in the day if an emergency is needed which is very reassuring. With the way that more practices are turning private we are very fortunate to have such a wonderful NHS service. Thank you!

My experience
Called and booked an appointment as I needed a filling. Appointment given for 4 days later. I am autistic and highly anxious and so went through sleepless nights worrying about how the appointment would go. Arrived for my appointment on the morning, extremely anxious, to be told that they do not have time to do the filling today and that I needed to book another appointment. The next available appointment was nearly 3 weeks later. So not only do I now need to wait in pain for the next 3 weeks, but I get to be highly anxious and go through it all again.

I missed my appointment on Monday due to my mistake, the receptionist there was very understanding and has got me in within two days which I appreciate. Fortunately as John has thoroughly checked out my teeth I’m ready for treatment which is needed sooner rather than later. Now sorted giving me peace of mind
