Very friendly staff, Sarah P always makes me feel comfortable whilst in the chair.
Only downfall is, since changing hands they make you pay upfront for all treatments, this can be quite intimidating as some people may not be able to afford to pay the full bill at the time of a check up appointment. Should go back to how it was before, paying for the check up, and then paying the rest on the next appointment!

Although the practice was very busy I was booked in almost immediately and needed to wait for about 5 minutes before I saw Mr Peach.
Less than 10 minutes later I was on my way home.

Explained in clear and simple terms
The dentist was lovely. She explained what she was going to do, why she was doing it and what she could see. She took her time with my son who has invisible disability’s and again explained in clear and simple terms what she was doing to ease his anxiety.
